Silvia handles administrative tasks and communications, ensuring smooth organizational operations. As the UK Coordinator, she liaises with international donors, partners, and supporters, facilitating global engagement and fundraising efforts.
Shema manages internal administrative systems, logistics, and staff coordination. His responsibilities include maintaining records, supporting operational planning, and overseeing the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.
Jonathan manages the organization’s digital infrastructure, including website maintenance, IT systems, and online communications. He ensures that Reflect DC maintains an effective online presence, supports digital fundraising efforts, and leverages technology to enhance program delivery and community engagement.
